Wasps got the 1-2-3 on me today as I took a few stingers to the eyelid...
We're talkin pain here folks..
Percoset pain... Not 5's, I already took (2) 10's & will now swallow some Dimetapp, Benedryl or pop a Claritin D as an antihistamine...
Whew...
This is some big time pain!
Eye is swollen shut, black & blue, red too..
Donna thought an angry customer popped me....
Gonna be a rough night.....

And though I truly and thoroughly wish that this had never happened to you at all (seriously), is it totally horribly selfish of me to at least wish that it happened a week from this Friday (day before the next Pro 11.50) instead of today, if it had to happen at all I mean?

El, since you have 10's be careful, some dude on the left coast watched the new alice in wonderland a week ago and went nuts ended up getting tazed and shot - he had some fungus with the 10's though

Just got back home..
Looks like I got a nose job... 2 black eyes!
50% less pain, one side of my face is still numb
Feels like I got punched in the side of the head on the temple..
Hard to believe this is more pain than my ankle was with the bone drilling and all that after the nerve block wore off..

always believed in live and let live with the exception of bees and in particular hornets and yellow jacket, nests abound in northern westchester every couple years a new nest ,i somehow stumble on it ,they sting me.So now i take the ofensive... before i spray... at dawn and dusk i leave the shop vac on at the nest entrance. I get my revenge as the little bastards can't stay away. Got two hornet stings last year ,arm and hand PAIN! burned like a hot poker can just imagine eyelids wow that must hurt .And the kicker of it all most times with hornets they attack for reasons only known to themselves....next time baking soda or powder mix w/water apply works good..... wishin you speedy recovery
