OLD BRIDGE — Police in Old Bridge are investigating an armed robbery that occurred Monday morning at Raceway Park on Pension Road.
Few details were available today, but police said an armed robbery occurred at the popular racetrack in the Englishtown section of Old Bridge at approximately 7:47 a.m. Monday. No one was hurt in the incident and police did not have any further details to release this afternoon.
Police said the robbery is under investigation and asked anyone with information to contact Detective Joseph Gougeon at (732) 721-5600 ext. 3320.

WOW, they are having a little problem over there. A few weeks ago it was the ATM machine was stolen, now this. I think they need more armed security.

Had one of the E-town employees been properly 'equipped' there might be one less lowlife thief on the streets right now and maybe our entry fees wouldn't be getting raised next year.
