If they make it 1/8 mile racing, will it be the first 1/2 or the second 1/2 of the 1/4 mile..

I'd rather run from the 660 to the finish.. my car likes the top end better...

And if the 50 mph wind is blowing in the right direction I'll have an 11 sec car...!

I was going to do HPDEs this year and scrap the drags for a while. Didn't do ANY events this year after selling a mint set of Bogarts.

I also have to get Tommy to throw in a different clutch for me. I was cutting better 60s 5 years ago with an inferior clutch.

Matter of fact, I'm calling him now.

It's a shame that an NMCA Champion is going to be crying the blues this Saturday in ten-fitty.

1/8th mile or 1/4 mile, I'm ready.

Its win light or red light and don't worry about me running the number due to wheel spin.
I plan on holding a half second in my pocket.
No more losses with .001 lights for me.

You clowns better take the stripe, cause I ain't giving it to you!
A man after my own heart...racing ain't braking...it's running it out the back door.

True...I looked it up once and I think NC has more drag strips than almost any other state (maybe TX has more?) but like 80% of them were 1/8th mile only LOL.

Looking at roughly up to 23mph as of right now, a little less later in the day.
Hopefully it will be even less.

I love 1/8th mile racing. How do I know this? Because it is racing. I've never done it before, but it has to be better than sitting at home.

Some of you guys think you're not any good at the 1/8th. Fine with me. I hope we line up!!!
