Bob,
As always your work is amazing. I will bring the seat and shifter down next week. Thank you for your patience.

Anonymous 1,
No justification needed. I don't run in any class. The car is being built to run 7's in the 1/4, make a trip to the burger bar for ice cream and look good doing it. Power will not be an issue. The Ford will make more than enough. I love fast cars! It doesn't matter what brand it is. I also like to be different. I'm given up horsepower by going to a roots blower vs the turbo but the blower looks so bad azz. It will also have alittle nitrous on it just in case.

There are several reasons I chose to put a Ford in the vette.
1. I wanted to do something I never seen before.
2. I had the engine. (I also have a BBC, I may put it in a stang)
3. To race a friend with a Chevy powered stang.
4. To **** off die-hard chevy lovers. jk

No, everything from the fire wall back was cut out and replaced. Additional pictures can be found in the link.

No I didn't. The plan was to back half the car and add a funny car cage. After seeing the awesome work by Bob and Jay at NRC it was an easy decision to have them build the car. I've always been an odd ball so putting a sbf and convo pros on it fits me. It will also have a whipple with a bird catcher sticking out the hood. The goal is to run 7's in the quarter and drive it to the local burger stand/car hangout which is only about 12 miles round trip.
