Getting There !
Winter Upgrades about done on the Vette ! It arrived home from the Tranny Shop where the TCI 4L 60E got a going through and the Breakaway Torque converter massaged by a local Guru !
Accel Gen 7 computer upgrade done to 6.1 !
All I need is the new power key from Summit a Vacuum Canister also from Summit and get the 315 BFG DRs mounted and that ones done !
The Monte is getting a face lift with Viper Blue Paint and the Lemons Headers Ceramic Coated locally.
Also new front runners cause the old Goodyears got some dry rot !
My friend Dick Harrell died when a front runner blew out on his F/C at speed in Canada !
Also new Safety Harness Aircraft Style of course !
Yep oil changes wires plugs little chit and I'm ready for the fun to begin !
I need a Pulley really bad for the LT 4 power steering pump ! Mine is a bit wobbley after replacing the pump .
I can't even find a custom chrome one , nada zilch !
Some folks have the part number but when you try to order it's out of stock.
I'd buy a whole used pump if it had a pulley !
I don't want to throw the belt at speed !
Ask around if you know someone with a yard.
Corvette LTx are different animals than the F bodies already tried that!
It's drivable but you know how it is .

Wow if you have the Accel Generation 7 Engine Management Computer the upgrade to 6, costs $275 and is a lot easier to use and the Power Key kit for USB has gone down a hundred Bucks. Just ordered mine and with the upgrade the system can be used with any operating system.
For those with streetable Cars with Big Cams , poor vacuum is a problem and they recomend any engine below -14 should have a canister ! I got one of those too.
