Default PBIR Wednesday

Anybody want to go to test and tune on Wednesday night. I just got my new bracket tune. Can't wait to get back onto the track. The Corvette feels faster than it did. Lot of power. Now to see if it runs consistent.....

Good luck with your new tune.

I'll likely be going to the Hot Rod Sunday show.

I'm a little far from PBIR right now. Heading back down (to Florida) this weekend for a short stay. Good luck with your new tune.

Found somebody outside of Tampa he supposed to be the best GM tuner in South Florida I picked up about 3/10 of a second. The problem last night the humidity was terrible the bar kept on changing our South Florida weather. Everybody and their mother was at the track last night couldn't get too many runs in. I'll probably will be testing next Wednesday again.

Dan, I've been lurking there. I should be passing ya by between 3 and 6 pm on Saturday. I will be driving the jeep with another load of stuff, 2 dogs, and 3 little fish. Orlando is 17 hours into my drive to Ft Myers so I may be a tad fried by then. I'd like to stop to show ya all the power of the HEMI but still have a 3-4 drive to go. I would like to take the mustang to Bradenton on the 19th. Good luck with the import race.

Rick, please give me the name of the tuner in Tampa. I may need it for furture reference. My '95 LT1 firebird was tuned by RapidMotorSports in Pa. I have a "bracket tune" which I believe is a little on the rich side to help with consistancy. I do give a little up on the ET side but its a bracket car. I don't plan to change the tune but it never hurts to have a good LT1 contact. Will definitely catch up to you also at the track.

It's Jeremy Formatto. Very nice guy, knows his stuff for sure.

My Vette will be back at HPS in a couple of weeks to have the cage installed, tuned and new DRs. Once back, I am going to get the windshield replaced again and then will be ready for the track again. Look forward to hanging with all of you again!!

Our Challenge series is dead...but we could still all arrange to get together.

The owner of Countyline contacted me today and wants to restart our challenge down there. I'm worried that ll you Palm Beach guys and gals won't want to drive down there (even though I live right by there and drive up to PBIR all the time...).

We should talk about it. Roger at hps is very interested he told me.

Ahh it's not all that far, I've done the drive from FTL/Deerfield Beach on up to PB/Jupiter/Stuart a few times and it goes pretty quick when there's no traffic.

Well, I picked up a 2007 Yukon XL 4x4 so I can tow the Corvette once we move into our new house (currently, I don't have room for a trailer). So, come the summer, I will be able to go to either track.

You might get a good car count down there. I will try to support it the best I can. Might not make every race but I will try to make some. I got too many money races going on....
