Summit Series tonight....
I raced in teh Summit Series event at Orlando Speedworld tonight...I ran in the full electronics class again even though I am foot braking...
My time shots were good, 7.37 and 7.33 with .023 and .026 R/T's...
I caught a pipe rack first round dialed 4.79 so I dialed hard at 7.32...I launched and had a good run...I saw he was not going to reach me so I double whomped and took the stripe...
His win light comes on...drat!...it was a double break out...he went 4.74 and I went 7.23 whomping...aye yay yay papa!...I was way under and I have no idea why...BTW, I had a .017 light to his .019...
I actually checked to see if I had thrown a belt to gain HP...nope...I had a 1.52 short time, same as my first time shot...I picked up .08 between 60' and 330' on that breakout run...this is not good...the runs were 40 minutes apart so the air could not account for this...
p.s. I almost forgot...anyone hear anything from Bradenton?...I don't see any posts?....

Good race Fuzzy.
We broke the rear Friday night, went back to the shop and put together another finished by midnight and Sat we gernade the new trans (suspect the rear failure stressed something in the trans is why) so we are out. Sad after all the prep. The IPS C6 looks awesome and made a new MPH best....should see quick ET today. Good job guys!

Sorry to hear that...hopefully things will get sorted out on that bat car...believe it or not about 90% of my shimmy was fixed with the new slicks...we are going to put in new upper and lower bushings and ball joints next week to be safe and sure...
