My rear rims are 18x10.5 and the fronts are 18x9.5. The tires I am looking at are the Toyo 315/35/18 Proxes TQ back and either the 265/35/18 R1R or the 275/35/18 T1R. Is this a good selection, will I get good traction at the Drag Strip.
What are my factory rims and tires worth, they only have 5000 miles on them and the are the factroy G/Y runflats.
I tried out an old set of m/t et tires and my best 60' was 1.8

Hoosier 275/40/17 drag radials on C5 Z06 rims:
I've tried several different combinations and nothing hooks this well.
I know the Hoosiers hook but I want a tire I can drive around on also. I still might get a set of Hoosiers on 17" rims down the road when i want to really run the car. For now I would like to put a set of 315/35/18 Toyo TQs on the car and see how they work. Will this size tire fit on my car and will the get at least 10-15000 miles?
