C5 Converter Size
Just as a point of intrest , any c5 vettes running in the 11.50 range What size and type of stall converter are you running? Did you do any fine tuning to the tune set up once the stall was put in also?

What gears are you running and what are your mods? If you are not modded, chances are a stall (only) is not going to put you in the 11.50 range.
You are going to need a tune after installing the stall converter, your tuner should be familiar with the process.
