There are at least 3 IRS vette builds (that I know of) going on right now. They all are well though out and designed I am certain someone will capture the IRS record.

Thats crazy fast.....damn...4.82 @ ?? at least 165 ?? We run in a little 1/8 mile headsup class here and I see 5.00-5.20's all the time but when you see a 4.80 you don't realize how fast that is !!
Twin turbo/auto ?? Weight ??
How far back is Atomicfusion ?? And I wonder whats up his sleeve....I saw his hot side for sale on the bullet.
Thanks.....just looked up Mark..7.75 @ 183 at Milan 5/6/2011.........thats a huge difference. But he did say hes ditching the single 106 and going to twin 88's. Saying something like he made 1750 to the tire with the run I stated and expecting to be well over 2000 with the new combo...and losing 300lbs to boot.

My Buddy Sal (Twin Turbo Viper)text me today saying he went 7.35 at 165 lifting at about 900 feet and on the brakes... 4.79 at 160 that pass. Its been 4.73@162... He said he should go 6's next time out.

even if it doesn't go a 6 it will at least still top that Toyota's new best on a full pass.

Put enough boost to anything and you can get it to go fast, question is will it hold together? Obviously, this one held together for at least one run. You're taking some pretty big risks going that speed with IRS rear suspension in my opinion.
