I dunno, to clear that rotor in the rear, I would imagine at least 15 - 16" rim, with a 25 - 26" high tire. .... hmmm, gotta look around more ...

If you can figure how to get a 15" wheel back there and maintain the cars stability, you will make a FORTUNE selling it.

Re: Tire section, nah - Here YES ! (mackeyred96)
I know we've already had at least two threads about the streetability of drag radials, but I'd like to see some recommendations for someone like me, if there are any others.
I'm never going to put a strip-specific tire on my car. No BFGs, no Nittos, no MT/ETs, no Hoosiers...I will always be bringing whatever tire I'll have on the car when I'm moseying down the interstate in the occasional rainstorm.
What's a decently sticky straight-line street tire? Pilot Sports, BFG KDs, Eagle F1s, and suchlike, in 315-335 17" or 18"?
At what power level / elapsed time do street tires become basically unusable and unsafe at the strip? What's the fastest anyone's ever been able to safely run a quarter on max-performance street tires?
