Default Found my problem.

On the last pass of the season in the 10.50 index against Dave my car didnt run the number. It only went a 10.67 so I knew something was wrong. About a month ago I pulled on all the valve springs to make sure I didnt break a spring. Set the lash again and fired it up. It was making a slight knocking. Oil pressure was solid and good as always. I pulled the manifold to check for bad lifter and all looked good so out came the motor today. Crank and rod will be at machine shop this week.

That wasnt the problem. The problem was actually the main cap was broke causing the bearing to not get oil. I only run royal purple.

I think I'm happy to see you got the prob worked out. Maybe the machine shop can get it back fairly quick.. Good luck, and congrats again on last season..

The shop knows I need it very soon so it wont be a problem. Jeremy from Extreme race engines does my machine work. He builds killer motors in case anybody needs motor work.

Glad to see you found the problem. Good luck with the rebuild.

Perhaps you could hit up Jeremy for some sponsorship money...

My brother asked him to sponsor the 10.50 but, he said he was already doing something at Atco.

Perhaps they should say "it's even cheaper yet to not marry her (or him) in the first place!" LOL.

Twice? I'd even suggest not making that (HUGE) mistake even just once?!

Truth is, there are still some good/happy marriages out there so it certainly can't be ALL bad...but notice I did say only "some" LOL.
