I know there's a place in south Jersey less than an hour and 15 minutes from you.
Wheel Works in Burlington NJ.

Pricey. But stealth looking. I have 4" fronts. Wouldn't want to use them daily.

Are you going for a sleeper look or to save weight? If it's for weight savings than ask around to find the actual weights to see if that meets your target. They might be heavier than you think.

It's actually not all that cheap to do, the wagon wheels are cheap enough of course but it's roughly $200.00 per rim (plus shipping if you go with an out of state outfit) to have them narrowed, plus tires.
On the other hand, buying even a used set of CCW skinnies/tires will still cost more.
