Fast 92 and an LS2 throttle body for the '98. Maybe a 6 point for the 427 Z06.

Are you going to do the work yourself? I'm thinking about trying it but still on the fence about the dirt!

I took care of a bunch of little stuff I never got around to...we don't have an off season so I just took a month off to do it...

I had issues under the front bumper with rips and tears in the rubber from different trailers...cut it all off and cleaned it up...raised the right side muffler which had drooped lower than the left and caught when coming off the trailer every now and then...

Removed the 10 gauge wire from the alternator to the battery and replaced it with 8 gauge....good thing I did since the old 10 gauge had seven splices in it!...who knew...sheesh...also, rewired the shifnoid shifter into the Painless box so it will not be an issue in the future...

Lastly, rewired the shut off lever in the rear so there is now no power to the alt when shut off now...before the lever would shut off the engine but still had power to the alt...not good...

I changed the oil last month and only have 35 passes on the slicks so I am good to go for a while...I have 5 more events this year and the points start the second week of January...still in the mid 80's but should begin to see high 70's next month (fingers crossed)....

Well, all 12 bolts on the spacer in the diff backed out...we replaced them and if they do it again, I will be replacing the 3 series spool with a 4 series so I can run the 4:30's without a spacer...sigh...

We'll probably change the oil too

Nice Truck Pete! We also purchased a new tow vehicle a bit before the LSx event. After 10 years of towing with the Dodge, we decided to give GMC a try. As for the possibility of an enclosed trailer... undecided.

I'm still putting together a list of things to update or tweak over the winter. But, since we're still not certain as to what 2013 will offer in terms of racing, indexes, rules, etc., we're still in the thought process other than a few assorted repairs.

do you even have one of those?

I have a multi-layer, a single layer and the lucky one...but you probably don't want that one.

I will be downgrading my airport car

unfortunately i did not add "Roll Cage" and "Window Net" to that list so it will still be a 10.0 car... But at a Rental i'd like to see a 9.2x on the scoreboard at 145-15x mph

New converter.... Finally got into the "solid 11's" (11.74) I'm trying to scrape up enough $$ to make it a 11.50 car by March...

I was thinking to get something faster to be competitive in no box (super). My contract (job and income) ended so it's now up the the driver to make the most of the current rides. No job means more time to race.
