Advice needed

I have a 07 z51 (not lowered) and I'm looking to put 305/35/19 MT ET Street Radial II's on the stock 19x10. Any issues I should be aware of or am I in the clear?

You should be fine with that set up.
It's not the most ideal from an 'ultimate traction' or even cost effective (those tires are A LOT of money) point of view, but they should clear everything and do look good on the car.

I just don't want to buy another set of rims being that I have 2 sets. Also I didnt find to many other tire options. But I'm always open to suggestions and opinions?!?

In 19" there really aren't too many. But what most of us with C6s have done is drop down to 18" or even 17" diameter rims which opens up the tire choices immensely, improves traction and can also save ya some money as well.
