Well, the Quaife has no clutch discs, it's gear driven. A gleason/torsen is what the design is called.
So no discs to wear out and pretty bulletproof.
Road racers like em. Buddies have them in thier Chevelles (detroit Tru Track) and they work good at the drags too. These are low 10 second cars. 9's on the gas.
I'm not at all sure about the C5 unit.
Why do you wish to switch?
i don't know about that one, but see if it has discs or cones in it. Cone type wear out. I will have to say that with 4340 shafts, the price is good.
