Default The countdown has started PBIR

Starting next week March 9 first point race of the season gates open at 3PM time runs at 4 PM qualifying between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM elimination start after qualifying.

It will be a busy month of racing I guess my vacation from racing is over with will be going to test and tune on Wednesday night might even go on Friday so if anybody wants to join me come on down.

I could race at IRR this weekend but I am still enjoying my vacation don't want to burn myself out again like I did last year....

The great thing about racing is to see all my friends again I think that's one of the things that I really enjoy. So I will see everybody down there and here we go again for another year..... Good luck and be safe....

Looking forward to our first day of points on March 23rd (opening night is tonight). Then 2 more points races the next two Saturdays. I'm hoping to do some damage early before the veterans knock off the rust.

Best of luck to all those competing this year.

Good luck to your points run this season at PBIR. I'll be at IRR with the blue car.

Went to test and tune on Wednesday night I wasn't too impressed with my reaction times for the first time in two months 037 071 034-014 019 it was cold and windy first run at 6:58 PM 12.989 7:27 PM 12.967 7:47 PM 12.921 8:01 PM 12.912 8:39 PM 12.922 the DA was going crazy last night and the windchill last night I was turning into a popsicle so I went home early.

Dino broke his record last night ran a 10.65 and racing diva also was breaking records I forgot how much fun it is to go to test and tune. Will be going back Friday night see everybody out there....

PS The track was Hooking....

I broke out in the second in the SSS series. I miss the Corvette challenge to it sure was fun while it lasted. This weekend is the super Chevy show they have a DOT class on Sunday you might want to race it.

Dino is leaving his Corvette home and is taking out his 8 second Camaro this weekend should be interesting to see him make rounds in the box class.

8 second Camaro...do I know this car? Not the red LS1 Camaro is it?

I'm going to try to come up but to watch, my 10 year old is starting to show some interest in cars so I want to start bringing him to the track.

Here was our job yesterday.

Here he was in 2008. Fun to watch them grow as I know you know.

It is a 67 Camaro tube chassis with a 454 light car but very fast.

Wow Joe, haven't seen your kids in a long time they sure did grow it seems like yesterday. I am not sure if I'm going to race on Saturday it just seems to drag on all day and night I will probably race on Sunday when everybody else is worn out I will be fresh........

Just got me a smart phone today now to figure out how to use it....
