QA1 Coilover spring rates

QA1 Coilover spring rates
Currently building a 05 Auto street/strip TT car and looking for recommendations for spring rates for the front and rear. They offer 450# 550# and 650# rates. So, based off what they offer would the stiffest (650#) spring be best for the rear and softest (450#) spring be best for the front?

Do you have the adjustable coilovers? I have qa1's in the front with 400# 9" long springs and adj. damping.The rears are pfadt and I changed them to 350# springs,And I can adj. the height and damping.650# springs will be to stiff I think.I turn the damping all the way soft when racing then adj. for street driving.I had to take out the pfadt out of the front because one was leaking.
