LSX Racers To Compete for NHRA Wallys at Chevy High Performance Nationals Event!

ProMedia Events is pleased to announce that LSX racers will be competing for highly-coveted NHRA Wallys at the 2nd Annual Chevy High Performance Nationals (All-GM) event, which will take place at Atlanta Dragway in Commerce, Georgia, the weekend of May 31 - June 2, 2013. The Chevy High Performance Nationals, presented by Scoggin-Dickey Parts Center, is the second event of the Chevrolet Performance LSX Challenge Series where all the cars and all the stars of LS drag racing compete for big money and major bragging rights. The Chevy High Performance Nationals is able to offer world-famous Wallys because the event is now part of the NHRA Unleashed program, which is presented by Aerospace Components.

Are you an LS racer who would like to win an NHRA Wally? If so, the Chevy High Performance Nationals has a class for you! The Chevrolet Performance LSX Challenge Series offers classes from mild to wild, from hardcore heads-up to index-style, and even True Street drag racing. Each LSX Challenge event features three heads-up classes including JE Pistons Drag Radial, ERL Performance All Motor, and Holley EFI Real Street. Index classes are offered as well and they include Proform LSX Rumble and DiabloSport 5th Gen Camaro presented by Camaro Performers. Any NHRA Wally is also up for grabs in the hugely popular TREMEC True Street class where the fastest GM street cars in the southeast will take a 30-mile cruise and then hit the track for 3 back-to-back passes with over 10 awards given away to various levels of participation.

The Chevy High Performance Nationals is the largest all-GM event of the year featuring a huge car show, bracket and True Street racing, LSX racing, a special autocross presented by JET-HOT and Wilwood Brakes, a world-class all-GM manufacturers' midway, a giant used parts swap meet, 300+ mph jet cars, and much more!
