Never posted a You Tube vid but it should be much the same as posting the link for a photo. Just above where I'm typing is a row of icons - the next to the last one on the right in the lowest row is for You Tube.
Go to the You Tube video in your browser and once there select and copy the text in the URL field. Then paste and then select the text in the post window. With the text selected, simply click on the You Tube Icon.
