That was a 1.279 - 60' with the current 4.10 gears, Up till 2010 I ran 4.56 gears and my best with that gear was a 1.218.
I finally tested the T Bird this weekend. I ended up footbraking it since my Mustang is down and I had a points race. Car ran great, driver needs work (my r/ts were .040s-.050s all day). Lost 1st rd in both Pro ET and the consolation race. Best pass was a 9.27 @ 146 with a 1.301 sixty leaving at 2200 rpm.

Sounds like the car has a lot more in it if your leaving at 2200, is that with the LS or the BBF? Congrats

Thanks. That's with the iron head 466 that came with the car. It should pick up another tenth off the brake. Unfortunately, the LSX idea fell apart when Capt. Huff bailed on our partnership.
