Bracket racing the Formula again
Car's been sitting on the trailer for almost 2 years. Charged the battery and had a little problem starting up and running. After a bit it fired up and came back to life. I let it settle down and keep it running until all the temps came up to normal. Taking it to a T&T friday night to see if I still know how to get it down the track. If everything is good will hit the brackets on Saturday. Sitting in the drivers seat really felt great. A few win lights will feel even better. Car is a '95 Formula, 383LT1, T-400, 4.11 Moser rear. Still have the much faster blue vette but want to give the slow car some track time.

Yup...that's the place Edgar...I hear the owner is going back to the name Lakeland drag strip...the Stingray theme never took off...it would be good to see you again if you could come by...

Now I see the exact same event at Orlando Speedworld on Jan. 18th...10 buck entry and free BBQ...this means I will be racing every weekend in January...woot!....

Tomato Nationals at IRR Jan 10, 11, 12 They will also run a points race on the 10th. I love the open comp format with the pro 500 tree.
Did a T&T tonight at IRR. Made 3 runs and got the firebird down the track. Have some issues to work on Monday but going as is to Stingray tomorrow.
