Default first time out, few questions

Hello everyone! Recently traded in my cts-v for a 2010 6 speed 3lt non z51. I am looking for advice or knowledge around the launch control system and flat foot shifting systems in the car. The car currently has a magnaflow catback 2.5" with x-pipe and K/N cold air intake. I just put on a set of skinnies and drag radials (mt sportsman s/r 26x6x17 front, nitto nt05r 315/35/17 rear) and made my first pass on the car last night. The track was packed so I did not get a lot of practice with the car but the car did the following numbers:

60ft 1.69
1/4 11.79
Mph 120.9
Race weight 3110 lbs

On the run I used the factory launch control and flat foot shifted every gear. My question here is do these features actually hurt the times vs launching w/o factory launch control and flat foot shifting. I also would like to know if the flat foot shifting works with the traction control off and not in competitive mode.

Thanks for any info regarding this or tips on driving this car at the track.
