Ordered CCW Drag Setup...
Well, I broke down and finally ordered the CCW slick/skinny combo. :D I'm looking forward to finally hooking consistantly. :yesnod: I ordered the 16x5 fronts with skinnies, and the 16x10 rears. I didn't order the ET Streets, as I already have a set of those I'm buying used. I got the wheels in black, with the polished outer lip, and the chrome center cap and bolts. :cool: Should look mean on my black car. :reddevil Plus, I had to make my car look a little different, there's a lot of black C5s at E-Town running CCWs nowadays. :yesnod: They should take about 2 weeks or so, and I can't wait to try them out! :D :D :D

It looks REALLY nice! Tough yet classy as the cars do the burnout and go down the 1/4! You're like a maniac eh? New clutch, new gears, I thought you just bought the DR's and now CCW! WOW, Go BIll :D

Bill (boweryboy), pretty close. I got laid off, then managed to find another job right away... can you say stay bonus!!! :D :D :D More cubes are a year or two off, I'll need a promotion to do that. :)
Don't worry, I'll take lots of pics and put 'em up on the forum as soon as I get the wheels! :cheers:

Way to go Bill. Keep this in mind, the ET streets in the rain are horrible. If you wanna keep a set of regular tires in the area, I may be able to hold some room for you. I am 17 miles from the track

Congrats the CCW are the only set-up close to a real race wheel. You would have thought by now Weld or someone would be making the same size set-up.

Ralph, I hear ya, there's a lot of black C5s with this setup at E-Town lately. But, gotta go for what works. Plus, I got the black wheels, that way I'll be able to find my car in the staging lanes. :D
