Tech inspection
When you go thru tech tech inspection does the inspector just take your word for how fast your car will run or will he figure it out mathmatmaticly? I have heard both

Whatever you tell him is what he techs the car for.

At my track the only thing the tech will assume is that your car is faster than 13.99 (helmet/no helmet)...other than that it's up to you to tell them what you have.

At Bandimere initially it is based on your word and needed equipment for that. If you say it can go 11.80, then you need helmet, jacket, etc. If you then run 9.40, you called back to tech. If you only have the equipment to go 11.50, then that is what your tech inspection remains at. You go faster than your tech inspection, first time warning, next time kicked out. If you do that multiple times( faster than teched ), you are kicked out for the season.
