My experience in watching this weather before an event is that 50% chance is a real guess. It is currently 70% which does not make me happy but just keep an eye on it.

So far I don't think I will be chancing it and load the car in the rain. But for you guys that means it will clear up, If I did try to go it would definatly rain. I'll be spackling all 80 sheets of sheetrock in the garage :cry

Weather.co shows 100% chance of rain all day on Saturday. I have a seven hour trip... As of now I am staying in Maine.

Drought? That means it only rains on Saturdays when I want to go to Etown :cry .

For those of you with roadworthy cars that don't live too far away it might be worth a shot - it may stop raining by the afternoon and Raceway Park has a blowdryer for the track (don't they? :) ). But if you have a "don't drive it in the rain" like me (no wipers!!!) or you live 4 hours away.... looks like a miss. At least the next one is only next weekend! :) MJ

Okay weather watchers as of now 3:47 the call for rain to stop around 9 am (which is 6 hours different from what they said 2 hours ago)
