So long story short I've had my corvette about 2.5 years. I bought it and it ran high 11s trapping in the 11x area. Wasn't happy got it retuned added nitrous and the best pass back then was 10.9@126 all motor and 10.6@132 spraying 100 shot. Got a new converter moved to el paso went to a flex fuel setup. The best nitrous pass there was a 10.1@134 spraying a 200 with e85 shot with the da around 6,000. I ended up having my oil pump break so i pulled the motor changed the oil pump, and the cam. The car felt great moved to NC went to the track my converter broke again, i snapped an axle, the converter destroyed the transmission in the long run so i bought a circle d converter and plus a used 6l80 off ebay for $600 havent had any issues since.
Yesterday On pump 93 the car had the best et of 10.74 with the best mph of 128 all motor with a 28" tire. Spraying 100 shot with issues (fuel pump for my fuel cell wasnt hooked up oops) it went 9.98@135, a progressed 150 it went 9.76, 9.73, then 9.71 all those passes were on the factory front wheels and tires. I Jetted the car to a 175 still being ramped in and the car spun both passes but me being stubborn wouldn't soften the hit to come out the hole harder resulting in a 9.69@140 with the slowest 60ft of the day in the corvette.

Mods include Cam Motion custom grind nitrous cam,Circle D Specialties 258mm pro series triple disc converter, Kooks Headers and Exhaust 1 7/8" headers with catless xpipes Trick Flow Specialtiesgen x ls3 heads, Brian Tooley Racing valve springs,DSX Tuning fuel sensor, Nitrous Outlet c6 plate kit with a c6 stand alone fuel cell.
Tuned using HP TunersNitrous Oxide System nos mini progressive controller, braille battery 17lb battery

Those are some great sixty times, and great ETs. Congrats!

I am curious as to why I only hear two gear changes though. At your MPH with a 6L80E, I would expect that you would use gears 1 through 4, which means 3 gear changes. Are you starting in 2nd gear or something?

Thanks! I can't wait to make some passes on a stickier track so I can hit it harder out the hole it still has a lot left in it.

It's on a 28" tire so I go through the traps in 3rd with the 2.56 gear

Yeah and that's with a 150 progressed in staring the hit around 3600 on my factory size front wheels/tires. It was cold that day so the track wasn't all there. As i was staging my wife my shoes didnt even stick like the usually do on a track. So it has a low 1.3 maybe high 1.2 in it if the track is there.

Thank you! I think I'm going to go to the track again this week and try to come out a little harder. I'm hoping for 5.9s in the 1/8
