Default Racing harnesses....

How do these hook up? Do they attach to the floor? roof? the seat itself? I have a '67 Camaro, with stock seats if it matters.

TIA!

Thay can attach in many ways pending on car type of cage ect.
You need to get an NHRA rule book to get the proper explanation for your application.

I wasnt planning on having it all certified for the track mackey. Just an alternative to the not so nice stock shoulder belts on the '67 Camaro...

 I'd then use the stock belt mounts.

If you go over the autocrossing and road racing section there was some talk in the past about using stock mounting hardware. I believe there was a recommendation to change the bolt.

However is safe is you ultimate goal, you really should consider the proper equipment.
