Congrats Bill I could be wrong but I believe the season has come to an end for most in our area and you have put up the best times for any C-5 participating in the CCC.
Great Season !!!. The vette Doctor’s sure had you going in the right direction with the spray looked like she had more in her, can’t wait for next season hope to have the super charger straighten out so I can keep up.

You did one hell of a job with your old girl too. Wait till next year.
Bill wont sit still the motor is out and hes up to something. Cant say but wait till next year.We have a new transmission going in and a few other things.
Bill  To you for having the fasted c5 @ the CCC. Did you say more Spray :D With all the new manifolds and Blocks that we are working on it will be a whole new race season. As we get ready to race deep into the nines.
Time to retire the C-2 and focus on getting the Z06 right Iam not ready to quit on the super charger and if that does get me in the running I will spray it till I get there. Thanks for all your help and dedication
 to all the guys that made it a very competive season!
 To the Quick Four got to love the heads up racing!
It always seems like the season is too short. I ran my 10.5 by mistake with a lot of things not right. I know a few more trips to the track with the hoosiers and I would have been in the 9's with you.
Carmen and Denni did a great job this year "tweeking" my lil ole 382 w/150 shot! I have a few tranny and clutch issues to work out and then a lil more "tweeking" and I'll be ready for the 9's.
I can't wait to see that silve streak Z06 of yours run! With that new belt system you and Carmen are creating it should fix the slippage problem.
I have been kicking around the idea of upgrading my motor but Carmen and Dennis feel they can still get more out of my 382 natural so I may stand pat.
Next year is going to be very interesting! You may be able to say I was the quickest C5 at e-town this year but next year will be the true test. With Carmen's 422, you supercharged Z06 and a few other surprises in the wings I am sure 10.5 will not be the lowest number ;).
P.S. I was really looking foward to seeing you run Keith! I ran him with no 4th gear and ran a 10.6 and almost beat him (he got real loose on the launch. If they would have let you run you would have won the quick 4!
Bill,What was your actual fastest time at the Challenge?Your 10.50 pass was on a Friday night, not at a Challenge,my car went 10.59 at 130+ on a low bottle pressure 50 shot at the Challenge on 7/27,Eug,posted the video of it.I took the bottle out after that so Brian Miller could be competitive with me in the Quick 4.Good Luck to you getting into the nines next year.
Mike
I never said it happened at a CCC event. What I said is that he put up the best time, out of the group of competitor’s that compete at the event. Give credit where it is due. I don’t know why you took the spray off your car I believe that you should push your car to limits and get the most out of it. I thought the goal was to go as fast as you can with what you got. Then you get the itch and build some thing faster. See you next season. If I were you I would put the spray back on. Remember it all in good fun. Love the competition! I will have my Z06 running so I can play in your class.
yeah i have the video......i thought it was a fri.. night too...
did i miss something??? was there a fri night CCC ????
THE QUICK 4 IS GOING TO A NEW LEVEL.....===MORE FUN TOO...
No you didn't miss anything it was a Fri night. I did not read it as Paul meant the quick 4 or CCC, I thought he was congradulating me on my many 10.5 to 10.6 runs.
Don't worry I nor anyone else here is claiming any world records :D.
We should be focusing on the real accomplishment which is Paul's 9.88 run in his mid year vert! Now that is something to write home about!!!
