Having fun is really what all this is about, we don't race to get rich, but we meet a lot of great people & have a good time. At times I feel like I've broken everything on the car except the carpet and I still can say I had fun. I'll try to remember this tomorrow when I'm laying on the cold concrete changing that busted D44, I'm having fun now!

Frank - with a record of 21 and 23 you are "batting" .483! This puts you in a very small universe of CCC racers - ENJOY! :yesnod:  :flag
Don't feel so bad Frank, I only made it to the 2nd round one time at the CCC this year. Was a terrible year for me in the points. Hopefully next year I can get my stuff together since my car was pretty consistent towards the end of the season.
Frank, it doesn't look like you raced too bad, you were very competitive with a very good group of racers.
I'm not paying real close attention, but from the way it looks the Cartek corvette challenge racers have progressed, it looks like you literally have 30-40 racers who are capable of winning it on any given weekend..... that makes for a very, very tough series when you have that many racers who know what they are doing.

Beach - That is right on the money. We had many different winners and also many different people in the semifinal rounds.
Maybe Edger can pull out one of his stat that gives us this info.

The practice tree is a savior... buy into it :)

Todd, you are right on the money, this group is doing a great job and has come a long, long way. There are no more easy rounds. Everyone is on the tree and on their dial. This does make for a very competitive series. We had a close points race all the way down the places and with next year being 10 points races it should be even closer.
Vic I don't know if you have seen it but I keep a Winners page where you can see all the different names. http://www.corvettechallenge.info/allwinners.shtml will tell you all winners, runner-ups, semi-finalist and special prize winners. Good page.
As for the ladder yes I do have an analysis on the ladder drivers but have not posted yet.
Here is a highlight. 61 Different drivers made it to the ladder (3 wins in an event except for the last two where we went to the ladder a round earlier).
Of the 61 different ladder drivers 28 made it to the ladder 2 times or more.
Who made the ladder the most? That is a tie with 6 for Ralph Savarese and Edgar Perez.
