How should a Supercharged C5 A4 launch?

How should a Supercharged C5 A4 launch?
I've been running with 315 bfg DR's after backing into the water box. Should I burnout in "1" gear? Should I run in "3" gear? Should I hold down the brake with my left foot and rev to 1500 rpm prior to launch? I have a 2800 stall vigilante torque converter, 3.42's and an flp tranny. :steering:
