Question about trophy upgrade for the challenge.

What is wining the 1st round race? if you only win one first round race do you get a trophy at the end of the year?

Each Corvette Challenge date is called an event.

Each event you will go participate in 1st round elimination.
If you win you go on to the second round and you keep going until you lose or win the whole thing.

Also if you win that 1st round you will earn a Trohpy.
So if you come to all 11 and win the 1st round of all 11 you will have earned 11 trohpies - all the same.

The upgrade program allows you to deferr collecting your trophy to at the end of the year you have earned 11 credits for 1st round trohpies. Based on those 11 1st round wins you will get 1 very large and or more elegant trophy.

Englishtown along with the Corvette Challenge offer first round winner trophies to all the winner of round 1. In the past the CC has offered larger 1st round trophies than the standard trophies given out by the track. These trophies come at a higher cost and we averaged 40 1st round trouhies per race. My feeling were how many of these trophies do we need. I know many racers eather don't take them or give them away to kids at the track. So I decided that all points racers instead of getting a trophy at each race they win a 1st round could total up their wins and by doing so could receive and much nicer trophy at our awards banquet next year. there would be different up graded trophies determined by amount of first round wins and someone who wins 1st round in all 10 points races could get something very nice.
This program is for points racers only and non points racers will still receive the standard track trophy. Points racers could take the track trophy but I don't know why they would.

I completely understand and think its great idea. I just didn’t know what it meant to win a first round. I didn’t think you would get a trophy for wining just one round of eliminations. Thanks.
