pro tree race
BTW This Sat. in the AM there is a (bracket) Pro Tree Dial race... or so the schedule from E Town says..
For all you guys who have a tendency to have RED LIGHTS :banghead:

Man I have seen cars get jumped a whole car linck or better before they realized it was time to take off.

If someone has a question on how to hook up, if I reply, I'll try to give "useful" information.. on how to do it..
Not just say SLICKS... I'm sure my daughter knows slicks will help.. but when someone says gears, converter, & drag radials, & NOTHING MORE ??.. I'd hope they would give some "explanation" as to HOW a high stall converter will give yo better traction than a stock converter ??
I "KNOW" for a fact I can hook fine with a stock converter, but if I go to a race converter I get LESS TRACTION unless I go to bigger or drag tires...
Maybe thats why some Red Vetts run 11s & others only run 12s.. :(

The problem at etown is the starter doesn't start the tree until both cars are waiting for quite a while. This has happened in all but one of the quick 4 events during the Corvette Challenge. I hope that they can rectify this problem. :steering:

We are one of the few groups that use a PRO TREE on Saturday, the starting crew doesn't get much of a chance to do it.
