In your upcoming conversations with the track, might we possibly be able to offer giving up our Nov 1 date in exchange for 2 other dates, like a Sept & an Oct date? Or an Oct & a Nov date??
Sort of a 2 for 1 deal? We can help the track by giving up our event to allow them to reschedule their events, in exchange for 2 dates for us?
Just a thought, but I'll leave it up to you.. I know we're in good hands.
If anyone can salvage us a date, or get us an additional race, you can!

Let's see, if you are running at capacity, you can give up one job on one day so you are not at capacity and take on 2 new ones on days where you cannot handle them. Interesting business model.

The premise is correct. If we give up Nov 1, the track can schedule the other events that were for 9/20, and have a full date.
By giving us 2 more dates on slower or lightly scheduled days, (for our concession), they will make MORE $$$, becuase our appearance which will bring in more cars that usual on those specific days...

El, way too completed dude. We only need one date and your are moving three and multiple events. Way too completed. Easier to reschdule the party.
