Friday night at BMP we attended a special track event and finally tried out the new combination jetted for a 100 shot. The air could have been better, but that's the way it is in Florida. :D
First run was a 11.532 @ 121.21, 1.77 60'. Let it cool back down for an hour then ran 11.585 @ 121.32, 1.78 60'. Another cool down and backed it up with an 11.585 @ 121.53, 1.79 60'.
Anybody spray running brackets? I don't think the car has ever been that consistent just on motor. :steering:
Re: New combo sets best time and is consistent ! (Half Fast)
A few good R/T times and you will be hard to beat.

I am assuming you have an automatic.
I can only get 2.0x 60ft times with my 93 LT-1 6spd hotcam/headers/100 shot
but Ill run a 12.0x at 120 MPH...with BFG drag radials!
The difference is the launch.. How do you do it?
A 4L60E automatic in D, 3000 stall Yank torque converter, 3.45 Dana 44 rear, and Nitto 315/35/17 drag radials at 20 psi heated up with the help of a line lock equals 1.77 60's. I've gotten better 60's before but it will do mid 1.7's pretty consistent. The 100 shot is on a window switch and comes on just past the 60' at 3500 rpm. It then shuts off at 6000 and shifts at 6200, then repeats the cycle. :D
