Default rear gear change.

Okay it looks like I have 3:55 gears by my chalking the tires and drive shaft test. Im also running 3200 RPM's at 70MPH which seems about right with my 255/60/15 tires. So I have 3:55's will going to a 3:90 make a big difference in my launches? Any thoughts on how much I can improve my 60' times?

I would go with 4.10 with your set up.

Why 4:10 vs 3:90 I still like to drive it to the track which is about 25 miles. Wouldnt 4:10 gears have me reving to high on the freeway? I had someone email me saying changing my gears upward as I would like to would drop my ET's why would this be?
