LS1 performance capability
What is the actual 1/4 mile et and mph capability of an LS1 2002 automatic with performance axle ? (without mods and assuming good track conditions and optimum driving technique???

A bone stock C5 with the performance axle should run mid to very low 13s. In very good weather you might see high 12s once in a while.

Bone stock pours was a dog....13.98! With just a few bolt ons (look in sig) we now have a best of 11.88. Quite amazing what these LS1's can do! :yesnod:

Bone stock under more than perfect conditions(STRONG tail wind) high 12's other wise 13.0 to about 13.2 was average for my 02 A4 W/315 gear. :chevy

My 99 did not stay bone stock very long.
Mid to high 13s for me
