ET Streets question
I purchased a set of the 26x11.50x17 ET Streets. Their web page says to use a 9in rim, give or take 1in. Well I have a set of 8.5in rims and a set of 9.5in rims. Their web pages speaks to going wider on the rim selection will result in a stiffer sidewall and going narrow will make a softer sidewall. I am inclined to try the 8.5in rims. Which rim size do you think would work the best with my set up. Currently I have a 4.09 gear, 3000 stall converter, and have the engine tore apart putting on ported heads, LT4 hotcam, and long tube headers. Thanks for your help!!

Thanks for your input, But could you give me a little more detail as to why you recommend a 11 in rim? Their web page says to use a 9in rim and its ok to exceed or decrease it by 1 in.
