Hate to bring it up guys., But what's the weather situation looking like out there. We will be coming a long ways and while the weather for Saturday is 20% (probably ok) sunday looks like 30% (marginal).
We wanted to run Saturday, and also sunday. I know here anything 30% or less is usually fine to assume the weather will hold out. Same apply over there?
Sure hope so. Its always a good time out there and we made the trip once last year and were about 10 minutes from the track and learned that it was canceled. Not fun driving 10+ hours for nothing.
See you all there. I know you don't have control over the weather, but stir up some of that mine shaft air for us.
Jesse, I know you have a long way to go, but as for me, I don't pay attention to the weather until I roll out of bed. I always look at the positive and hope that if any rain, it will clear up and the track will be dry and we run.
It is raining right now as I type this, I haven't looked at the long term forecast so I don't know what's in store for the rest of the week, but I'll be at th etrack Saturday morning rain or shine with my phone and listening to the recording from the track.
Last time we were there with the 406s, I had to get out of it on more than one run. With these 434s, that scenerio would only be multiplied. The before mentioned makes it tough for dialing.
Hoping for some 60' times like we get at Keystone. My last 3 runs were:
1.450
1.450
1.445
Makes for some easy dialing as long as the weather is not all over the map.
<1000 DA weather sounds like some solid 10.3 runs to me
