A3425 Prohibits operation of motor vehicles on motor vehicle race tracks in the State located within one-mile radius of residential housing and use of public address systems at such race tracks between certain hours on certain days.

It has been withdrawn as of Monday morning.... but keep in mind this bill, or versions of it have been introduced & withdrawn several times over the last few years & I'm sure will be reintroduced repeatedly at least until a: Panter & Morgan are no longer assemblymen b: sell off all their "alleged" property holdings near a motorsports facility in NJ or c: until they are no longer among the living
