Default Anyone using a Dart Kool Can Intake?

Anyone know where they are made? A while back I saw Vic Edelbrock talking about the overseas made intakes not matching up to the intake ports on the heads. Any truth to this? I also heard a rumor that the Dart Kool Can is made by Edelbrock. Any truth to that?

First if I was Vic Edelbrock iwould be pretty p*ssed at the Chinese or whoever is copying his intakes. A lot of R&D goes into those parts and because there is no copywrite or similar laws in some backwards countries they just copy it. It will look the same but the quality and accuraccy lining things up are probably not there.

Dart Cool can manifolds could possibly be made by Edelbrock as they sure look like the AiR Gap manifold Edelbrock makes. THis sort of rebranding is done all the time, and is not a bad thing if Dart doesn't jack the price up which they didn't do, That said Dart probably makes them as they make other manifolds.
