1990 Engine Rebuild

Need input on the rebuild of my 1990 L-98 engine. Car has 122K and engine has never been torn down. I have purchased a ZZ4 cam and Speed Pro H631-CP pistons, .030 over. Need advise on the rocker arm selection, pushrods, rods, computer chip, and any other advise that would be helpful prior to start of rebuild. Can engine be removed from car with hood in place? Thanks.

Car will be street driven only, would like to make 300 to 350 hp.
Car is auto with 3.06 rear end.
