Thats what I had been hoping and feeling.
I let it go with the guy after time kept passing, still gets me going thinking about it though.

Yes. Maybe I was unclear before, the complete shortblock, was what I purchased. This was already assembled and was supposed to be "barely run."
Thus the 400 crank had already been turned down to 350 sized, I then had to turn down an additional 10th for the scoring.
