rant pissed off at SCAT
My speed shop ordered a set of custom JE pistons thru SCAT (something about the price being better that way) anyhow after waiting over two months with me bugging them every couple weeks they call SCAT today and get told " what piston order, you never returned the fax , yadda, yadda , yadda" no point in listing the he said she said but i trust that the guys at the shop sent a fax back. well ROSS tells us they will get the pistons turned out in about 2 weeks so i guess thats what i will do but i am not happy. been sitting on my hands waiting for these things for to long.

Sounds like your shop dropped the ball, if they had done the calling a little sooner they would have been told they needed to return the fax.
This is why I get involved, if the shop is giving me the runaround I'll know it, if the supplier is giving the shop the run around I'll know it. either way I'll adjust who I'll do business with (shop or supplier) based on my findings.
