Default Flow Bench Availability?

I'm about to install a cross ram manifold with 4 weber carbs on my 377 small block. Does anyone know of a shop (in Northern Illinois) that will bench flow test and set up the carbs before I install them on the engine?

I run a set of dcoe webers on a moon crossram in my 82 cpe . Setting up the carbs is not rocket science , I will be more than willing to offer any info you may require .

Looking for a local shop to rebuild my short block, I found "Powersource Engines" 17 N Rt12 in Fox Lake. North of Grand on Rt12. 847-587-8999 They bench flow. Haven't been there yet buy might be worth a call...

Please correct me if i'm wrong but the manometers are only used to balance the idle circuits? The mains are tuned with jetting and sized venturis correct?
What i'm saying is to fully tune them u need them on the running eng and use the A/F - 02 monitor thing.

The manometer is used to synchronise or balance the individual carbs. The idle circuit is done by jetting .

Default Still don't buy it.

I have never opened up a Weber but have never heard of a jet in any carbs idle circuit. So i got the books out and found they do have jets in that idle circuit. Or maybe jetting that affects the idle circuit.
But what are u synchornizing or balancing? Since engine vacuum goes down as the throttle opens it ain't manifold/runner vac. Venturi depression maybe but thats adjusted by physicaly changing the venturi.

So please explain what and how u are balancing in what circuit? What amount of inches Hg vacuum?

Balancing the carbs simply means that all the individual throats in each carb are identical in output to each cylinder . The idle circuit in a weber carb is in operation to approximately 3k rpm .
