What is needed to relocate the oil filter remotely?

One of these:

I couldn't pull up the site you listed. But anyway I used to have a car with twin remote oil filters. I did it mainly for additional volume and cooling.

My setup also had some kind of thermal bypass in the adapter plate.

To answer your question. The kit I bought was complete with so many feet of SS hose. I just put electrical tape around where I needed to cut and used my air wheel cutter. Those A/N ends are pretty easy to custom install. This wasn't a vette, but I put the filters where I had good access up front of the radiator. Lot's of room on 66 Impalas

had a set-up like that on my off-road Baja can't remember the brand right now

mine had the fittings on the same side,, line to it and back easier to run
