Default Vin and code stamp help

It looks like my block was machined, the front pad on the passenger side has no data stamped. the casting number is 3963512, the date code is L14 9, it is a 71 LS5 4 Speed, built Sept 11, 1970. Is there somewhere to get this done, what info should be stamped be on the pad? All other casting infor is correct for heads, intake, axle,Trans etc. Any help would be appreciated. :cheers

Harrin:

Generally, since your build date on the body trim tag shows Sept 11, you would want your stamp pad to read T0823CPH, then the vin derivative would be C11S1XXXXX (your last 5 digits).

However your block casting date is very early for a 1971 model. You really need a F 03 70 to H 14 70 range of dates.
