I finally got the HardCore 632 installed in the 1980 Vette. The custom headers by Kooks made the install go much more smoothly. Now I have to make a new cowl induction hood because the Merlin tall deck is so darned tall... LOL. I just love fiberglass work

I'll be running on the carb for the first 5000 miles, then the Holley Commander 950 system will be added. Spring and summer will be interesting..

Sounds like fun! Nothing like a 632...

My digital camera is pooched... Welll, at least the car works. Now all I need is a good Chinook thaw to get rid of the ice and snow

I should have the huge cowl induction hood finished this weekend.
Did I already say I HATE working with fiberglass?
I am going to paint the cowl scarlet red on a hood that is refrigerator white with a hint of red pearl. It will probably take me the next three weekends to get the block and color sanding done. Then two more weekends for the clearcoat and final polishing. What a PITA..

Should have some pix for ya soon...
Right now I'm just doing the perpetual fiberglass
