Default which sensor is this?

broke sensor during header install, sensor is on drivers side near #1 plug, cant find it in my chilton, seems ok runnin , dont want to damage anything till I know how imp. it is any ideas?? :confused:

Sounds like the aux fan switch. Does your car have the fan in front of the radiator? This is the switch that activates the fan at a preset temperature, on and off.

fan is in back of radiator, fan came on when engine warmed up so Im not sure what switch it is :confused:

This sensor usually controls the Aux. fan that is in FRONT of the A/C condenser. If it is the stock one, it turns this fan on at 235 degrees. Does your temp guage on the dash work ok?

yes gauge works ok, scorp just posted same quest. on c4 forum, everyone says aux. fan sensor. :cheers:
