Sfi 18-1 Balancer
What do I need to do to be SFI 18-1 spec on the balancer on my LT1???

You could write to SFI to find out all the standards written into the 18.1 spec, but the short answer is, a sticker declaring (maybe etched on) that the subject part meets the SFI 18.1 spec. You must be anticipating 10s? At 10.99, half shaft loops are required, and for a manual trans, the flywheel and clutch must meet SFI specs. An SFI spec flywheel shield is needed also.
